Shipping Information
- ALL orders shipped within the United States will be processed with the following fees:

- Add $14.95 for 2-Day Shipping on ALL orders
- Add $19.95 for Overnight Shipping on ALL orders
- NY customers will be charged 8% tax on all items except tea.
- Orders received up to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed within one business day. Orders received after 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 5pm EST, Friday, will be processed the following Monday. We will notify you if any items are out of stock and provide you with an estimated shipping date.
Return Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase of our products please follow the instructions below.
Important:
- Tea is NOT refundable.
- All returned merchandise must be unused, and in its original packaging. Merchandise must be in the same condition that it was shipped in. Any missing components or used merchandise will not be refunded.
- All returns must be authorized by Tetsubin Tea Company (TetsubinTeaCo.com). All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. An authorization number will be given to the customer via e-mail by an authorized Tetsubin Tea Company representative.
- All requests for authorization to return merchandise must be made within 48 hours of delivery acceptance.
- A restocking fee of 25% may be applied to any returned merchandise (excluding defective merchandise).
- Please clearly write RA# on outside of package when returning merchandise.
- All returned merchandise must be post marked within 14 days after contacting Tetsubin Tea Company.
- Shipping will not be refunded unless prior authorization has been given.
